Meet The Founder
Hi, I'm Paige, founder of Elevate Dance Coaching and a dancer who never quite stopped moving.
My love for dance started at three years old, and from that moment it became everything. I grew up training and competing at a studio in the Sutherland Shire and the studio was my second home. That passion never left, it just evolved into something bigger.
After completing my Cert IV in Dance and Cert IV in Dance Teaching & Management, I turned what I loved most into a career built around helping other dancers grow.
One thing that changed my own dancing completely was cross training. When I started combining strength and conditioning work with my dance training, the difference was undeniable, in the way I moved, how my body responded and how much further I could push my technique. That discovery became the foundation of how I coach today.
At Elevate, I work with dancers across all levels, from home training programs and 1:1 coaching to group sessions, development squads and workshops. Progress looks different for every dancer, and being part of that journey is what I love most about coaching.
